They're magic!

Longtime yachties Royce & Adrian Cox and Mike Malcolm have generously made their boats available to accredited photographers covering the Auckland Stopover.

The Coxes have owned their Formula 60 motor launch Magic Express for four years, travelling around the coasts of NZ and also taking in an 11 week trip to Steward Island. Mike Malcolm, a longstanding member of the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron, is the owner of Affinity, a Riviera 51.

Affinity and Magic Express will join several other media boats covering the on-the-water action during the Auckland Stopover. The media fleet goes out for the arrival of each of the six yachts, for the In-Port Race on Saturday 17 March and the Departure and Start of Leg 5 on Sunday 18 March.

The trio, pictured here on Magic Express, all said that the primary reason for their offer was to contribute to the sport of sailing.

We think they're magic too.
